7 years of Gin de Binche: an adventure full of flavors and memories!

Seven years ago, the “Gin de Binche” adventure began!

At the time, we bottled 3,000 bottles, not knowing if we would manage to sell them… or if we’d have to drink them ourselves until the end of our days.
Four months later: everything was sold!
That’s how we decided to continue this beautiful story.

Since then, we’ve:
Had a few drunken nights (let’s keep that between us),
Created new products to delight your taste buds,
Gained a few wrinkles, lost some hair… or welcomed a few gray ones.

But one thing is certain: we’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we hope all the products from Plus Oultre Distillery will continue to accompany your most festive aperitifs.
