Binche: final step before the station’s revival !

The project to transform Binche station has reached a crucial stage! After four years of work, the environmental permit was obtained last December, allowing for receptions and catering services.

The last hurdle: obtaining the urban planning permit to repurpose the left wing of the building. After an administrative back-and-forth, the file is now in the hands of the City of Binche and is under review.

Once approved, the project can be presented to banks to unlock the necessary funding for the renovation.
