First Distillation in Péronnes-lez-Binche !

The distillation process has officially begun in Péronnes-lez-Binche. For this first run, we have chosen a 10% beer from Brasserie La Binchoise, an excellent product to christen our still.

Our new barrels are now starting their minimum 3 years rest... And we can’t wait to taste the result!
