Release of the "Carnaval" Binche Gin

The day before yesterday was a memorable moment... Twenty years ago, the Carnival of Binche was inscribed on the Intangible Cultural Heritage list. For our distillery, named Plus Oultre in homage to the motto of the city of Binche and featuring Gin de Binche as our emblematic brand, what could be better than creating an exceptional product in partnership with the Carnival and Mask Museum? After 6 years of adventure, we finally dared to design a product 100% visually dedicated to our beloved Carnival!

The night before yesterday, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Binche, Laurent Devin, the museum's board of directors, its director, and, of course, a room full of carnival lovers, we unveiled our masterpiece: the most beautiful bottle, adorned with the colors of the 20th anniversary of our folklore.

This Gin de Binche, slightly revisited for the occasion with floral notes of mimosa and elderflower, celebrates the return of spring, symbolized by the carnival. Patience, just a few more weeks before it hits the stores! Two versions will be released: one bearing the word "carnival", destined for the Belgian market and export, and a version without this word, prominently featuring our very dear "gille". All the characters of the carnival are naturally found on the bottle! This exclusive version without the word carnival will only be available at the mask museum, and part of the proceeds from the operation will be donated to the Carnival and Mask Museum, an initiative we are extremely proud of. Plus Oultre!
