At the end of March, we launched a new chapter in our journey: the very first 100% Binchoise distillation. A unique gin, born from passion and local craftsmanship, capturing the very essence of our town.

For this exceptional edition, we chose to highlight an ingredient of unparalleled freshness: citrus fruits. These come directly from Sicily, renowned for the quality and intensity of its fruits. Each zest was hand-picked to capture all the richness of these citrus fruits, creating a gin of unmatched purity.

Unfiltered, our gin preserves the complexity and depth of its natural aromas, providing a tasting experience distinguished by its freshness and finesse. A rare product, with a limited production of only 120 bottles, ensuring the exclusivity and quality of every drop.
