At the end of September, five renowned chefs will take turns at the helm of the vineyard's ephemeral restaurant, offering an exclusive 50-cover lunch and dinner service.
After a welcome at the bar, where Ruffus and aperitifs from Plus Oultre Distillery will be offered, an optional guided tour of the winery will be organized.
At table, the four-course menus will be enhanced by a meticulous selection of wines, either à la carte or paired by La Maison des Vins Fins (Mons).
